In our ‘Speed Lab’ we will focus on Speed Testing, Sprint Mechanics, Plyometrics and Learning specific Sprint Drills & Skills that some of our most Elite HS, Collegiate & Professional Athletes have learned. This will be a step by step comprehensive program to get you faster, stronger & more explosive!
Grades 7-12 ( Boys & Girls) are welcome!
Sessions will take place on Sunday & Tuesday @ 5pm. **Sessions will last 1hr
Beginning Sunday, January 11th & ending on Tuesday, February 24th for a total of 14 Sessions through the Winter.
Sunday: January 11th, 18th, 25th. February 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd.
Tuesday: January 13th, 20th, 27th. February 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th.
***All of these Programs will be ran by one of our Performance Coaches & all sessions will take place at our performance Center in Tea at 1305 N Carla Ave. Parents are more than welcome to grab a seat in the lobby during sessions. No makeup dates or refunds will take place for missed sessions.
Program is Open to Athletes (Boys & Girls - Grades 7-12). This program is centered around the vertical jump & creating what we like to call “easy bounce!” This is a thorough and comprehensive program that address all of the qualities needed for a higher vertical leap.
