Program is Open to Youth Athletes (Boys & Girls - Grades 2-6)

Athletes will learn: Speed, Strength, Power, Agility, Nutrition & the Fundamentals of Athletic Development. Athletes will work with one of our Performance Coaches!

Sessions will last for 30min on Sunday’s at 3:30pm.

Beginning Sunday, January 17th & ending on Sunday, February 21st for a total of 6 Sessions through the Winter.

Sunday: January 17th, 24th, 31st. February 7th, 14th, 21st.

***All of these Programs will be ran by one of our Performance Coaches & all sessions will take place at our performance Center in Tea at 1305 N. Carla Ave. Parents are more than welcome to grab a seat in the lobby during sessions. No refunds for missed sessions.
