Program is Open to Athletes (Boys & Girls - Grades 5-8). Athletes will learn: Speed, Strength, Power, Agility, Nutrition & the Fundamentals of Athletic Development. Athletes will work with one of our Performance Coaches!
The 8 Sessions will last for 1 hour on Tuesday’s @ 5:30pm and begin June 1st & finish on July 21st!
The Following Dates will be used throughout the Summer:
Tuesday: June 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th. July 7th, 14th, 21st.

In our ‘Speed Lab’ we will focus on Speed Testing, Sprint Mechanics, Plyometrics and Learning specific Sprint Drills & Skills that some of our most Elite HS, Collegiate & Professional Athletes have learned. This will be a step by step comprehensive program to get you faster, stronger & more explosive!
Grades 7-12 (Boys & Girls) are welcome!

Program is Open to Athletes (Boys & Girls - Grades 7-12). This program is centered around the vertical jump & creating what we like to call “easy bounce!” This is a thorough and comprehensive program that address all of the qualities needed for a higher vertical leap.

Beginning Monday, June 5th & ending on Thursday, July 23rd for a total of 16 Sessions through the Summer.

This program is open to Youth Athletes (Boys & Girls - Grades K-4).
Athletes will learn: Speed, Strength, Power, Agility, Nutrition & the Fundamentals of Athletic Development. Athletes will work with one of our Performance Coaches! Sessions will last for 30min on Tuesday’s at 6:30pm.

Athletes will learn: Football specific Speed, Footwork, Agility & Strength.
Sessions will last for 45min on Tuesday & Thursday @ 4:30pm.
