Program is Open to Athletes (Boys & Girls - Grades 7-12). Athletes will learn: Speed, Strength, Power, Agility, Nutrition & the Fundamentals of Athletic Development.
Sessions will last for 1hr on Monday & Wednesday @ 6am.
Beginning Monday, June 1st & ending on Wednesday, July 22nd for a total of 16 Sessions through the Summer.
Monday: June 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th. July 6th, 13th, 20th.
Wednesday: June 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th. July 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd.
***All of these Programs will be ran by one of our Performance Coaches & all sessions will take place at our performance Center in Tea at 1305 N. Carla Ave. Parents are more than welcome to grab a seat in the lobby during sessions. No refunds or make up dates will take place for missed sessions.
