Individual/Small Group Training
Boom Athletics Athletic Enhancement Training is designed to help athletes improve strength, speed, agility, vertical jump and overall performance.
Each session is coached by certified and experienced staff focused on helping you reach your goals safely and effectively.
We offer two formats:
• Group Training (60 minutes) – Train with athletes of similar age, sport, or goals.
• 1-on-1 Training (60 minutes) – Fully individualized coaching and programming with direct attention.
What are Boom Athletics training sessions all about?

1. Submit your contact form, sign up below or reach out directly.
2. Choose your package type (Group or 1-on-1) and the number of sessions.
3. Make payment via website, emailed invoice, card, cash, check or venmo.
4. Once payment/sign up is received, your Performance Coach will contact you to schedule your first session.

We understand that life happens!
• Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to avoid a fee.
• The first two late cancellations (within 24 hours) are free.
• After that, or for any no-shows, there’s a charge to the scheduled session.
• Contact your Performance Coach directly to cancel or reschedule.

Yes!
For a one-time $40 fee, you’ll gain access to our TeamBuildr App, where you can receive workouts and track progress when training on your own.

We expect every athlete to bring:
• A positive, self-motivated attitude
• Respectful communication with coaches and peers
• A water bottle (fountain available)
• Respect for the facility and staff
• A team mindset — we’re all working together toward your success!

Group sessions are intentionally structured to ensure a productive and competitive environment.
Athletes are typically paired or grouped with others who share:
Similar age range
Comparable skill level and athletic experience
Related sport or training goals
This approach allows everyone to be appropriately challenged while building camaraderie and accountability.
