KELTON’s FAQ’s

  • I think overcoming failures happens on a regularly basis. But I don’t like to see things as failures more so just try to find opportunities to improve in things that may have not went as planned.

  • I am most proud about getting to the point I am at in my athletic career, and to be able to say that I am a collegiate athlete. Throughout my high school career I am most proud that I was able to make 3 state tournaments and a state championship game. Through my college career so far I am proud to be able to play on a team that went to the NCAA tournament, and to be able to keep my academics up while still competing.

  • Some of the best advice I would give to others is have a large goal in mind (something like play in college, start, average xyz, etc.). Then pick smaller goals that will help you get to the large goal. And finally, don’t try to think you need to accomplish the large goal in 2 days. Believe that it will take time, get 1% better each day, and trust that your hard work will eventually pay off.

  • There is a lot that I love about boom athletics. But one of my favorite reasons that I believe sets boom athletics apart is that Seth and the trainers build a relationship with you and care about your athletic journey just as much as I do. The workouts are not just set up for the next 2 months in advance and made for every other athlete, but they are created as we go so that they can be adjusted for what my body needs best whether that be recovery or tweaking a few exercises that work best for my athletic build and sport.
