While working with Seth, I am able to focus on the little details of maximizing my potential and reaching places I never thought I'd be able to. I'm now able to use where I'm from as a chip on my shoulder to show people that it's all about the work you put in and not where you are from.

  • I am most proud of my accomplishments I was able to achieve in High School. Breaking records in the sports I played and being able to continue my athletic career in playing collegiate football.

  • My best advice for athletes is to enjoy the moment. Enjoy waking up early, enjoy the hard workouts, and enjoy all the long days. Don't take anything for granted because it'll all be over sooner than you think. • My favorite thing about Boom Athletics is the competitor environment and being able to surround myself with other great athletes around the area.
