Program is Open to Athletes (Boys & Girls - Grades 7-12). This program is centered around the vertical jump & creating what we like to call “easy bounce!” This is a thorough and comprehensive program that address all of the qualities needed for a higher vertical leap.
Grades 7-12 ( Boys & Girls) are welcome!
Sessions will take place on Sunday & Tuesday @ 6pm. **Sessions will last 1hr
Beginning Sunday, September 14th & ending on Sunday, November 2nd for a total of 15 Sessions through the Fall.
Sunday: September 14th, 21st, 28th. October 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th. November 2nd
Tuesday: September 16th, 23rd, 30th. October 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th.
***All of these Programs will be ran by one of our Performance Coaches & all sessions will take place at our performance Center in Tea at 1305 N Carla Ave. Parents are more than welcome to grab a seat in the lobby during sessions. No makeup dates or refunds will take place for missed sessions.

Sessions will last for 1 Hour on Sunday’s at 4pm.

In our ‘Speed Lab’ we will focus on Speed Testing, Sprint Mechanics, Plyometrics and Learning specific Sprint Drills & Skills that some of our most Elite HS, Collegiate & Professional Athletes have learned. This will be a step by step comprehensive program to get you faster, stronger & more explosive!
