Vermillion HS Summer Program
The Boom Athletics Summer Program is designed for Vermillion student-athletes (8th–12th grade) looking to gain a competitive edge through focused, high-level training. This program emphasizes speed development, change of direction/agility, and vertical jump performance—the key traits that separate good athletes from great ones.
Athletes will improve acceleration, top-end speed, and first-step quickness while developing the ability to move efficiently and react under control. Our training also targets lower-body power to increase explosiveness and vertical jump, helping athletes perform at a higher level in any sport.
Training Schedule:
Monday: Boys 9–10 AM | Girls 10–11 AM
Wednesday: Girls 9–10 AM | Boys 10–11 AM
Each session is structured, progressive, and coached with attention to detail to ensure athletes see real results throughout the summer. A waiver/release form will be emailed prior to starting the program.
