Scholarship FAQ

  1. If I haven’t chose a school to be a Student-Athlete at, am I still eligible to apply?

    • Yes, as long as you meet our Scholarship Requirements. If selected as one of our award recipients, we will withhold scholarship payment until the Student-Athlete signs with a School to compete in a Sport.

  2. I am on a Full Athletic Scholarship, can I still apply for the Boom Athletics Scholarship?

    • This will depend on what your school deems eligible for outside scholarships. Boom Athletics is an organization & provides scholarship opportunities that won’t count as Athletic Aid. Please speak to your College Athletics, Admissions and/or Financial Aid Department if you have questions.

  3. How much is rewarded on the Boom Athletics Scholarship?

    • In 2024, we have a Scholarship Allotment of $3,000. We will reward up to 4 Student-Athletes with Scholarship. The minimum amount will be $500 awarded.

  4. Is this a one time or reoccurring scholarship?

    • One time award to each Student-Athlete selected. This will be rewarded to each Student-Athlete upon HS Graduation.
